We cover history, safety, spotting, and parkour eye as well as all the behaviors required to earn your training and novice level titles! Class format is both video lectures (with subtitles) as well as written information for multiple learning styles. You'll also have the opportunity to submit videos to get feedback from Karin and Abigail!
